Hawaiian
Sweet pineapple and forest ham over our tomato sauce and imported mozzarella. The slice that divides households — fairly.
NYPD Pizza 99 is a little corner of New York tucked inside Laketown, Boracay. Hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomato, and the kind of cheese pull that makes the whole table go quiet.
Beyond the standing menu — three flexible ways to order, built for tables of one or twelve.
Pick any 6 flavors and we plate them all on one round. The tasting flight — NYPD-style.
One pie, two flavors — split right down the middle. Six slices, dealer's choice for the family table.
Round or square — and we can cut any whole pizza into 6, 8, or 12 slices. Tell us at the counter.
We opened NYPD Pizza 99 for the simple reason that we missed it. That foldable slice. That wood-fired crust with a little leopard-spot char. That corner-store energy you only get in New York.
So we brought it here. Wood-fired ovens, 00 flour imported for our dough, and toppings sourced from Boracay markets at dawn. Every pizza is stretched, sauced, topped, and fired in front of you — from first toss to first bite in under 10 minutes.
"America was born in the streets."
Dine-in at the wooden bar, take a whole pie to the beach, or let Boracay Pabili bring it to you.
